The Youth Academy 2023-24 starts on Wednesday the 6th of September and will run until the end of April 2024
It is open to all U14-U16 Boys & U16-U18 Girls* at an additional cost of £15** per month

As part of the Youth Academy players will get access to –
The Club Development Team will deliver 2 Academy Sessions each week – Wednesday 17:45-19:00 & Friday 14:30-16:00.
Each session will include Rugby Skills, Games and Strength & Conditioning components.
Academy Kit (Youth Academy T-Shirt & Gym Shorts)
Priority access to workshops*** in Nutrition, Sports Psychology, Time Management, Video Analysis, Match Officials****, Coaching Courses
*All Youth Academy Players must be current Highland Rugby Club Members.
**Financial hardship should not be a barrier for any of the activities on offer at Highland Rugby Club. This applies to existing and potential new members of our club. Please message Ruaridh MacDonald (do@highlandrugbyclub.com) and he will confidentiality assist with your request.
