Welcome to Highland Rugby Club
Based at our excellent Canal Park facilities in Inverness, we offer rugby for everyone—from age 4 to retirement.
Our men's and women's 1XV teams compete nationally, while our 2XV and 3XV sides play regionally. We also have thriving boys' and girls' youth sections and social touch rugby for anyone looking to stay active.
More than just a rugby club, we're a welcoming community built on teamwork, friendship and volunteering. Whether you want to play, coach, referee, volunteer or support the club behind the scenes, there's a place for you in the Highland family.

Adult Touch Social Rugby
