Inverness' home of rugby and a proud part of the Highland community. At our outstanding Canal Park facilities, you will find a modern clubhouse, a floodlit 3G pitch and two grass pitches. We offer rugby for everyone; from 4-year-olds through to retirement, there's something for you. Our men's and women's 1XV play in national competitions; with 2XV and 3XV playing regionally. We have a thriving boys' and girls' youth sections, as well as social touch rugby for those looking to keep active. We believe rugby should be fun, inclusive and supportive, giving everyone the opportunity to develop, make lifelong friendships and enjoy being part of a team.

The Club is about far more than playing the game. Everyone has something to contribute, whether that's coaching, refereeing, volunteering on match days, supporting events, or helping behind the scenes. Our volunteers are the lifeblood of the club, and we are committed to providing opportunities for people to learn new skills, make a difference, and play an active role in our success.
