Pre-season started on July 1st 2025.

Our senior men’s teams train on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from 6:45 to 8:30pm. 

If you live or are moving to the Highlands and are looking for a new challenge, Highland Rugby Club is always keen to welcome new players to the club to compete for places in our Men’s National (1st XV), Regional (2nd XV) & Social (3rd XV) League teams & Women’s Development Team.
